Chrome Scrolling Screenshot "Continue from Page Location"

Add the ability to “start” screenshots from wherever you are visually on the page, that way you can combine multiple scrolling screenshots to get the entire length of a really long web page since there is a Chrome timeout that limits some very long website pages.
