Comment Tool w/ @mentions

Add tool to put comment icon on the canvas, then allow for owner to create comments as well as viewers to reply and add comments themselves. Potential additions could be: 1. Draw arrow 2. Type your annotation text 3. Then type @ When you type @ there will be modal (with "autofill" typing @tim will bring up @TimCook) where you can choose the right team member to be mentioned in this annotation. This would be awesome combined with Slack.
