Deep Settings, turn ON tool icons on toolbar

the use of the dropdown menu to hide all the tools is quite annoying (i think it was added as a new feature), we should have the ability to turn this off, so that one can see each tool on the toolbar for quick access. or even better allow us to pin specific tools to the tool bar (ie i only use 3 or 4x tools, but i use them ALL the time)! i realize keyboard shortcuts are coming soon, but i still would like this feature, as i have enough keyboard shortcuts ive memorized for other apps. thanks! (LOVE markup too!)
