Scrolling screenshots

Thinking we would solve this two ways: 1) update to chrome extension to improve our current URL capture to get full web page screenshots perfectly without the javascript or loading delay issues we have now. 2) Update the desktop app to allow for true scrolling screenshot of anything on your computer.
